Our home is noticeably quieter now -- the difference between circa 1953 single panes and the well air sealed, double pane Polaris Ultraweld.

Jim and Dustin were professional and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone in need of replacement windows. Jim gave me a fantastic quote, saving me thousands of dollars and the windows are fantastic. There is already a noticeable difference in sound reduction. I am looking forward to lower heating bills in the winter as well.
The installation process was completely stress free. Dustin did a fantastic job and installing and then cleaning up. Dustin even took a minute to help me out with another home improvement project I was working on while he was there. I was very hesitant to trust a smaller company to do the job as opposed to some of the larger ones out there like Anderson, Home Depot etc. But in the end, not only did I save a lot of money but Jim and Dustin exceeded my expectations 150%.

My husband and I shopped around for approximately 1 month looking at various different companies to install our windows in our home. We learned a lot going through the process and as you can imagine there are many 'different' types of sales personnel in the industry. Jim Montgomery from Century Custom Windows was different. He was sincere and took his time with us and there wasn't a canned 'sales pitch'.
We called some of his customers that had windows installed by him and they were all very pleased!
My husband and I are now also joining the many customers who are very happy with the quality of the windows and the professionalism of both Mr. Jim Montgomery and Dustin Reinsmith the installer.

I can't tell you how thrilled we are with our new Pella Impervia windows and marble window sills! We really appreciated the great price and personal attention. I really enjoyed the sales experience too. I got pricing from several major companies. Every single one of them started out at about $1,000 per window and then applied discount after discount. I guess that you don't know how to sell windows because you're first price was what I paid! No games, no pressure, no "only good this week" pricing!
Dustin and his crew did a very professional job and we enjoyed having them in our home. We were so comfortable that we went out to breakfast and just left the door unlocked for Dustin on the second day.

We LOVE our new windows!!!! We have a brick house with 23 old steel window casements from 55 years ago and thought we could never afford excellent quality windows, but after much research on the internet and hearing from 3 Window experts and seeing the difference in quality and price, we clearly saw that the Ultra Weld Sliders by Polaris from Century Custom Windows were by far the best price and quality window we wanted. Dustin replaced all our old steel windows within four days and they are absolutely beautiful!! We couldn't be happier with our new windows from Century Custom Windows! Everything went very smooth. Jim- Our windows were installed earlier today and my wife and I have already begun enjoying the improvements that our nine, new Polaris Ultraweld windows provide. We live in the city so outside noise is noticeably quieter, the furnace is finally catching a break, and the windows themselves look great; they are far more durable and efficient then the 45 year old windows which were removed. We are very pleased with all aspects of this transaction. This past summer I hired Century Custom Windows to replace 10 windows in my home. Some of the windows were original to the house, which is quite old. They were able to schedule the replacement day easily and showed up on time. All windows were replaced in one day, and Dustin did a nice job of making sure all debris etc. was removed and cleaned up nicely. I am very happy with both the look and efficiency of my new windows. Jim- Thank you for checking back with us. The windows have been performing splendidly throughout the last two winters. We have noticed a significant decrease in our heating and cooling bills that I feel are directly related to the quality of the windows and their installation. The windows are extremely easy to operate and clean. I like the security latch on this model that allows us to open them enough to enjoy fresh air in the house while knowing they cannot be entered. The windows are great! They look great from the street, and all are operating very well. The installation was very quick and each of the inside windowsills look brand new. I have to mention that I think for efficiency and general operation, I really like the sliders best! And the casements cost more - go figure. The slider above the kitchen sink is especially good. We'll continue to mention you to anyone we know in the market!

My wife and I are very pleased with our purchase of Polaris replacement windows from Century Custom Windows. Mr. Montgomery made the sales experience informative and relaxed. The installation team arrived on time and worked diligently through the day to install our new windows. They kept the work areas neat and cleaned up completely as they moved from window to window. They insured that each and every window was properly installed and sealed against the elements. They also hauled away the old windows and debris for us. Our family and friends have all told us what an improvement these windows are to our home. You spent the time with me and showed me many alternatives which helped me contain the cost while at the same time achieving the energy efficiency and exterior and interior beauty my wife and I wanted.
