The core of the Polaris Ultra Door system starts with a strong polyurethane foam that offers maximum thermal efficiency. We use high performance weather stripping and door sweeps to increase the thermal efficiency of every door we make. Our adjustable threshold is another standard feature we include on our doors. Just a couple of turns with a screw driver are needed to make any adjustments. All Polaris doors feature the Composite Framesaver door frame that has a lifetime warranty against rot at the base. For security we use Schlage Maximum Security Handle sets and deadbolts with our doors. Schlage locksets and deadbolts provide grade 1 security and deadbolts exceed grade 2 ANSI standards.
